The Global Dining District is a vibrant region in SeaTac.
Through food, art, community gatherings, festivals, and storytelling, Explore Seattle Southside and the City of SeaTac invite visitors and locals to celebrate the region's cultural diversity while supporting small, family-run businesses.

In July 2026, Explore Seattle Southside renamed the SeaTac dining program, the Global Dining District, formerly promoted as the World Table District (launched in February 2025). The new name more directly communicates the district's purpose as a destination for globally inspired dining, culturally rich experiences, and diverse, locally-owned businesses.
The Global Dining District is more than a place to eat—it is a vibrant cultural destination that celebrates the people, stories, creativity, and global traditions that shape SeaTac. Centered along International Boulevard, the district brings together international cuisine, music, art, entertainment, retail, and placemaking to create a welcoming corridor for residents and visitors alike.
In addition to incredible food and hospitality, other components that make up the Global Dining District include:
- A recurring international night market featuring global food, live music, art, performances, and family-friendly entertainment.
- A signature culinary tourism and retail conference bringing together chefs, restaurateurs, hospitality professionals, destination organizations, investors, and culinary travelers.
- A long-term effort to enhance International Boulevard and other key tourism corridors through public art, murals, gateway features, sidewalk beautification, placemaking, and visitor-focused improvements.
Together, these initiatives position the Global Dining District as a place to gather, explore, connect, and experience the many cultures that make SeaTac unique.

Why Was the Global Dining District Created?
